MIPS Science In Motion
For the past 60 years and counting, Bell engineers have researched the forces involved in crashes across a wide range of scenarios. Recent findings have concluded that brain injury received during an angular impact can be much more severe, due to higher strain on the brain’s tissue. MIPS addresses this strain by allowing the head to slide independent of the helmet for a few milliseconds. This critical moment of time helps to reduce the relative motion of the brain inside the skull, and can potentially reduce strain to the brain caused by angled impacts.

CEO
At the age of 20, Rich started in the corporate world through management of store openings and special programs in Bed Bath & Beyond’s business operations department at their corporate headquarters. By this time, Rich was also an Expert motocross racer in New Jersey.
He recognized the need for a social platform to connect brand sponsors with athletes, leading to the foundation of MXSponsor in 2004. With no additional funding, Rich started working full time on MXSponsor and grew it into the largest motocross sponsorship platform in existence, which is still operable to this day. The company has since acquired over 200 brand clients and an audience of over 115,000 members.
Today, Rich has identified a need in the growing LMS market where existing platforms weren’t meeting clients’ needs. This led him to establish Brandecation where the main goal is to build long-term trusting relationships, meet the demands of his clients, all while staying on the forefront of technology with his team.
When Rich isn’t conducting business, he loves saltwater fishing and hunting, as well as riding his Harley Davidson motorcycle and mountain bike.
Brand Director
If having scars were indicative of success, Tom Neston would be brilliantly successful. Because of his love of riding motocross, mountain bikes and snowboards, he has become very adept at overcoming challenging obstacles. Tom is extremely active, creative and full of life. When he's not busy healing from his latest injury, he's also an award-winning designer, animator and visual FX artist.
He brings to Brandecation 15 years of industry experience and has worked with some of the largest campaigns and brands in the world including: ABC, AT&T, DIRECTV, Disney, FOX, NBC, NFL Network and MTV.
Tom's problem-solving skills are extremely broad-based and can undertake virtually any project that comes his way. Tom is a graduate from the prestigious Southern California Institute of Architecture.
Sales Director
Eric Koehler is the sales director for Brandecation. He is a passionate and hardworking individual with 8 years of experience in sales and business development in the pharmaceutical laboratory service industry. He went to Arizona State University to study communications which has helped him with his communication skills that he uses everyday.
Eric’s career path of sales comes from his passion of business and traveling. When he’s not traveling for business, you may find him driving through the mountains of New Jersey listening to audible books on how to become the next Tiger Woods. Otherwise you may find him throwing his golf clubs in the woods because the audible books don’t seem to be helping. When he’s not listening to books on golf he is listening to books on how to be a more well rounded professional. He has a passion for learning which is why Brandecation is where he does some of his best work.
Currently he is working with his team at Brandecation to create the best product they can offer. He looks forward to working with you in the future.
Marketing Manager
After attending RVCC for marketing, Joe began working full time with MXSponsor in 2011. His experience includes customer service management, marketing, account and social media management. Based on his wide range of skills, Joe has acquired the nickname Samurai Sal to reflect the many hats he wears on a daily basis.
He has been in charge of managing over 200 brands and overseeing the customer service team that manages an audience of over 115,000 members. For Brandecation, Joe will continue implementing his many skills and will primarily manage new project builds and ensuring client needs are met. When Joe is not working, he loves exploring new places and working on photography.
Lead Developer
Joe is a rare breed of engineer: as talented at the command line as he is troubleshooting in browser. He has worked in fields ranging from bio-medical to enterprise level content management.
He built a solid platform for problem solving as an engineer by earning his undergraduate degree in Physics. As a professional he has been a main contributor to many open source projects including Express.js, and the DADI CMS.
When Joe is not working on software projects, he is likely to be playing in the mountains around Bozeman, Montana where he currently lives.
Business Development
Karam Nahas is a practicing attorney in New Jersey and also works to develop business for small to mid-size businesses and entrepreneurs. Karam graduated with honors from the University of Maryland, College Park, with a BA in Psychology. Thereafter, Karam attended Seton Hall University School of Law and graduated in 2003, earning the prestigious Raymond Del Tufo Jr. Award for having the highest scholastic GPA in Constitutional Law in his graduating class. After law school, Karam founded the Law Office of Karam Nahas to provide clients with litigation and transactional services in an array of legal practice areas. In that capacity, Karam has litigated legal cases involving fraud, business disputes, employment matters, injuries, civil rights and general civil matters. Karam has also represented clients in various transactional matters involving buying / selling real estate and businesses, negotiating contracts, financing and structuring business transactions domestically and internationally. Karam prides himself on solving problems - both practical and legal – in any challenging environment.
From his litigation experience, Karam experienced first-hand the nature of problems and risks that a business may face. With this background, Karam began to assist businesses and entrepreneurs develop proper deal structures, agreements, contracts, systems, and strategies to develop business while also mitigating against potential liability. To that end, Karam has worked with clients to develop their business and implement growth strategies from start-up to mid-growth in a variety of industries that include but is not limited to technology, manufacturing, real estate, retail, energy, ecommerce, fashion, entertainment, finance and investment.
When Brandecation’s founder Richard Maychrich, a former client and friend, approached Karam with his new tech venture known as Brandecation, Karam was intrigued and excited to become a part of the team and movement. Karam has always been an advocate for effective education and training methods and believes that education and training will differentiate your brand while also mitigating your potential for liability. Karam has litigated matters and filed legal actions against companies and government for inadequate and/or improper training as a theory of liability to find liability from the bottom up.
Karam realized that Brandecation is the much-needed solution for both government and business to properly train their employees and educate their consumers on any product or process in virtually any vertical or industry. He continues to develop business and persuade others that Brandecation is the key to better branding through education and training.
In his free time, Karam enjoys traveling the world, cooking, fishing, and playing tennis with the Brandecation team.
Sales Director / Specialty Markets
Heather joined Brandecation fresh off a decade of working in the fashion industry where she was a product developer for accessories at American Eagle Outfitters and GAP, Inc. Of her many daily responsibilities, she was responsible for successfully developing millions of dollars in product annually.
Through her worldly travels and endless work with international cross functional teams, Heather has become an expert at building and maintaining relationships and sustaining business success. Her knowledge, positivity, and love for life brings a fresh spirit to the team at Brandecation.
Heather enjoys spending time outdoors with her husband, their little boy, and their Golden Retriever. She is a Red Fox at heart, holding a business and fashion merchandising degree from Marist College.

Often jokingly referred to as “The Mayor” by his friends and family, Thomas Rock excels in all matters that combine organization, leadership, and communication. He is a jack of all trades and is regularly called upon in both his personal and professional life to manage and oversee matters of physical or intellectual difficulty, as he thrives on completing a job well done.
His experiences over the past seven years demonstrate his flexibility; as he has worked in different occupations, such as the Army, the Sports Industry, and Sales, all of which combine physical prowess and effective management. In each profession, he has been responsible for decisions made which has impacted millions of dollars in equipment. He brings to Brandecation the ability to effectively strategize, organize, and network with clients and colleagues, all while maintaining a disarming manner and a sharp wit.
When he is not working, either at a job or on someone’s house or yard, he can be found playing golf or softball, planning events for his friends, or saving the world, one day at a time.
